As a Motion Array subscriber, you are able to download and use our products, from any category, free or paid, for personal and commercial use without the need to credit us. You can continue to use your downloads in as many projects as you like, as long as you remain a paying subscriber. There are just a few restrictions:

  1. A subscription is required for each person using Motion Array products. For example, if you have a team of two or more editors using products from Motion Array, you will need a Team Plan. Accounts are non-transferable.

  2. If you cancel your account, you must stop using Motion Array products in new work, but you may continue to use the products in finished work. For example, if you were editing a commercial using Motion Array products, you would need an active subscription, but you could continue to air the commercial for as long as you like without an active subscription.

  3. Products can not be re-sold or made freely available for download. For example, using a music track as background music on a website, where it could easily be downloaded by visitors, would not be allowed.

  4. Content labelled with "Editorial use only. Not for commercial use." can not be used for commercial purposes. Please see here to learn more about Editorial use only content.

If you work for a company with over 50 employees, you want to use Motion Array Products in apps, software, games, or other situations which aren’t covered (see below), you need a dedicated business license.

   a. A company, foundation or other legal entity with more than 50 employees

   b. Licensees who need multi-seat license for more than 20 users

   c. Apps, software, games and their end-users

   d. Broadcasters

   e. Audiobooks, DVDs, Blu-ray

   f. Out of home and billboard advertisements

   g. If you want to use the Motion Array Products in a way that is not covered by this License
