If you recieved a copyright claim on a Facebook video using a Motion Array track while you have an active subscription, no need to worry. You have full rights to use the music.

To dispute a Facebook claim, follow these steps:

1. Go to your video page (Creator Studio Home)

2. Select “Your video is partially muted due to a copyright match”

3. Click “See details”

4. Click “Continue”

5. Click “Continue” again

6. Click “Continue” again 🙂

7. Select “Submit dispute” and click “Continue”

8. Click “Open form”

9. Select “Licensed content”

9.1 Write the following subscriber statement into the Additional details field

"I am paying member of MotionArray.com and I have the rights to use this track on my YouTube video"

9.2 Include a copy & paste of the text from your asset license PDF (see here to learn how to download it) Click “Submit”

10. Click “Close”

If your dispute is rejected, please let our friendly support team know as soon as possible from the chat bubble and include screenshots of the claim and include the URL to the page of the Motion Array template or track that is getting the claim, as well as the URL to your video.
