Have you received a copyright claim for using a Motion Array track in one of your Facebook videos, even though you have an active subscription with us? If so - don't worry!

By contractual agreement with the artists, you have full rights to use the music and are completely covered to use this track in your post.

To dispute a Facebook claim, follow the steps below:

Visual step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to your video page (Creator Studio Home)

2. Select “Your video is partially muted due to a copyright match”

3. Click “See details”

4. Click “Continue”

5. Click “Continue” again

6. Click “Continue” again 🙂

7. Select “Submit dispute” and click “Continue”

8. Click “Open form”

9. Select “Licensed content”

9.1 Write the following subscriber statement into the Additional details field

"I am paying member of MotionArray.com and I have the rights to use this track on my YouTube video"

9.2 Include a copy & paste of the text from your asset license PDF (see here to learn how to download it) Click “Submit”
