We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. Here’s what you need to know about our refund policy:

When You’re Eligible for a Refund

You can receive a refund for any subscription fees paid if:

  1. You cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase or renewal (the "Refund Period").
  2. You have not downloaded or generated any Motion Array products, used the Motion Array software, or exported a video using the software during this period.
When a Refund Isn’t Possible

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued if:

  • You request a refund after the 14-day Refund Period.
  • You download any Motion Array products from the website during the Refund Period.
Important Notes
  • This policy applies only to paid subscriptions. Free accounts are not eligible for refunds.
  • If you meet the refund criteria, please reach out to our support team within the Refund Period, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
