If you're unable to download assets using the Motion Array Library Extension, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
1. Verify you're signed in to the correct account
Open the Motion Array Hub and ensure you're signed in with the account that has your active subscription.
2. Check your download limit and internet connection
Before continuing, confirm that:
- You haven't reached your daily download limit.
- Your internet connection is stable.
- If possible, try connecting to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to rule out any network-related issues.
3. Reinstall the Motion Array Library Extension
Reinstalling the extension can often resolve download issues.
- Close Premiere Pro (or any supported editing software).
- Open the Motion Array Hub.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Uninstall Library Extension.
- Once the extension has been removed, select Reinstall Library Extension.
4. Restart Premiere Pro
After the installation is complete, reopen Premiere Pro and try downloading the asset again.
