How Can I Change My Payment Details Or Subscription?

Changing Your Payment Details (Single User Plans)

Credit or Debit Card

To update your credit or debit card, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account

  2. Go to My Account

  3. Click on My Payment Method

  4. Manually enter you new credit card and billing information

  5. When you are finished, click Update Card

 

PayPal

If you are using PayPal, the only way to change to a different payment method is to first downgrade the subscription to Free, then wait until the subscription is downgraded to Free and upgrade again using a new payment method:

  1. Downgrade to Free here by selecting Downgrade to Free (underneath the plans)

  2. Wait until the end of your current pay cycle when your account will downgrade to Free (you will retain paid status access until then).

  3. Once your account has downgraded to Free, update your payment details

 

And do not worry! We never store any of our members credit cards details on site.

Changing Your Payment Details (Team Plans)

To change your Team Plan payment details, please follow these five simple steps:

  1. Login to your Team Plan admin account

  2. Click on the My Account button at the top of the screen

  3. Click on Team Payment Method

  4. Manually enter you new credit card and billing information

  5. When you're finished, click Update Card

 

 

Changing Your Subscription

Upgrading or downgrading your subscription is similar.

  1. Login to your account

  2. Click on the My Account button at the top of the screen

  3. Click on Manage Subscription

  4. Select the subscription plan you want to change to by clicking on Select This Plan

  5. Give it a few seconds and then it should all be done! You'll officially be registered with your new subscription plan.
