If you are currently on a Monthly subscription using PayPal, and you receive the following prompt:

There was an error upgrading your plan. Please contact our support team

Please note that Annual upgrades from Monthly PayPal subscriptions are not automated. The best way to upgrade to Annual when your payment method is PayPal would be to:

  1. Downgrade to Free here by selecting Downgrade to Free (underneath the plans)

  2. Wait until the end of your current pay cycle when your account will downgrade to Free (you will retain paid status access until then).

  3. Once your account has downgraded to Free, update your payment details by following these steps
