We'd like to inform you of changes that may be applicable to you for this coming royalty payment.

For now, the updates are only relevant for artists that are based in Russia.

For artists based in Russia - If your payment method is Payoneer:

Please notice that if your bank account is under the sanctioned bank list in Russia, you were supposed to receive an email from Payoneer requesting you to add a new bank account. If you're unsure of your status, please contact Payoneer's customer support.

Other than that and as of now Payoneer continues to work as usual and we will transfer royalty payments to your account.

For artists based in Russia - If your payment method is PayPal:

As you may already know, PayPal officially closed its services in Russia as of March 5th. This means that if your main payment method is PayPal, we won't be able to send you your royalty payment this month.

We'd like to offer you these options:

1. You can disconnect your PayPal account by removing your email in your seller's profile, and connecting a Payoneer account instead. If you don't have a Payoneer account yet, you can open it through your profile.
Please notice, this has to be done by March 8th, 20:00 GMT+3 in order to be applicable for this coming royalty payment.

2. If you don't wish to connect a Payoneer account, we will hold your payment and your earnings will be transferred to the next payment cycle until we will be able to transfer the payment to you.

We recommend you to contact your payment service's customer support for further assistance.

How to change your payment method from PayPal to Payoneer:

If you've changed your country of residency:

Please email us at content@motionarray.com with approval from the tax authorities or a utility bill (electricity bill, property tax, etc.) with the name of the contributor and the new address from the last three months.

Please notice that all that is written here is relevant to March 6th, and may change due to updates that may occur with service providers. We will, of course, keep you posted.
