First, are you on Windows?

On Windows operating systems, you have to unzip .zip files to be able to use the files contained within. You can unzip a .zip file from the file explorer by right-clicking it and selecting "extract all":

Make sure you extract the whole package: moving an .aep or .pproj file away from the footage files will break the links. 👍
